Gabriel's Trial

Last updated September 8, 2026 · gabrielstrial.com

Gabriel's Trial is operated by Pure LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how it's shared, and how it's protected. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

1. What we collect

When you buy the audiobook: your name, email address, and phone number, collected on our checkout page.

Payment details: your card information goes directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your full card number. We receive only the amount, the date, and a confirmation that payment succeeded.

When you request a free review or counselor copy: your name, email, phone number, and — if you choose to give it — your church or organization.

When you use the book: our access system records your email address, which chapters and pages you open, when you first opened your link, when you were last active, and how many separate visits you've made. This tells us whether readers are actually getting in and whether the book is working for them.

If something breaks: when the audiobook or reader fails, your browser sends us an automatic error report containing the page, the type of failure, and your browser type. This is how we find problems before you have to tell us about them.

If you text or email us: your phone number or email address and the content of your message.

2. How we use it

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to target you across other websites.

3. Who we share it with, and how

We share your information only with the services that make the book work. Each receives it over an encrypted connection, and only the portion it needs:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

If you bought the Kindle edition on Amazon, that purchase is Amazon's — we never receive your name, email, or address for it, and Amazon's own privacy policy governs it.

4. How it's protected

No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise. We hold as little as we can, for as long as it's useful, and no longer.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your access record for as long as you have access to the book, so your link keeps working. Error reports and text messages roll off automatically. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — see below.

6. Your choices

Write to scott@gabrielstrial.com and we will, without charge:

Deleting your record also ends your access to the book, so we'll confirm with you before we do it. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop our emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any one of them.

7. Children

Gabriel's Trial deals with serious adult themes and is not written for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we'll remove it.

8. A note on what this book is

Gabriel's Trial is a work of fiction offered for reading, listening, and ministry encouragement. It is not medical, mental-health, or crisis care, and nothing you tell us is treated as a clinical record.

If you or someone you love may be in danger or crisis: in the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 for emergencies.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
